Terms & Conditions – BG678
Introduction
1.1. BG678 website, mobile site, and related services (collectively, “Platform”) are governed by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2. You, the user, accept these Terms by creating an account, logging in, or accessing any service provided through the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Platform.
1.3. By using the Platform, you (referred to as “User,” “Player,” and “you”) agree to these Terms and enter into a contract with BG678 (referred to as “Company,” and “we,” “us,” “our”).
- Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1. You are only allowed to use the Platform and create an account if you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, whichever is older.
2.2. If you create an account, you warrant to us that you are at least the required age, and you are not precluded from using the services in any jurisdiction.
2.3. You shall always provide true and accurate information. You must update your information any time it changes. If you provide us with false or misleading information, you will be liable to account suspension or termination.
2.4. You may only possess a single account with BG678. Accounts may be terminated, and bonuses or winnings from accounts may be confiscated.
- Account Security
3.1. You are the only person responsible for keeping your login information for the Platform.
3.2. We consider any actions done on the account as actions done by the account owner. We are not liable for any losses due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your codes of access.
3.3. You must immediately inform us of any unauthorized access to your account through our official support channels.
4.1. You are only allowed to use the platform for its intended purposes only, and what the law will permit.
4.2. You are not allowed to engage in any activity that is harmful to the platform’s intended use by others, including trying to defraud the platform, cheat on the games, collude, hack, use bots, and script, and other related activities. You should not analyze the system to gain an illegitimate benefit and abuse its intentions. Additionally, you should never use the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.
4.3. Any harassment, language that is abusive, threatening, or offensive will be considered an abuse to the other participants and support team, and will result in the suspension or permanent banning of your account.
5.1. All the transactions that are done on the platform including games and betting are subject to terms and conditions, and the rules of the particular game that can be found on the specific page of that game on the platform, or within the app.
5.2. It is rare to cancel or modify a confirmed wager once it is accepted. Therefore, each gambler is expected to carefully select their choices prior to confirming.
5.3. Any result already confirmed by BG678 or their game providers will be considered as the final result and will be used for the betting activities that will be settled.
5.4. We may cancel affected bets or make reasonable changes to bet settlements at our discretion in cases of evident technical mistake, inaccurate odds, and software irregularities.
- Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
6.1. You guarantee, when making a deposit, that the funds originated from you and that the funds are lawful and not from any unlawful sources.

6.5. We may delay or refuse any transactions that we believe to be fraudulent or abusive, including withdrawal abuses, bonuses abuses, chargeback, and beyond the limit of these Terms.

9.2. The platform can be used for playing purposes due to a non_transferable and non exclusive license.
9.3. You cannot use anything of the platform’s like its content, and reproduce, modify, or distribute anything like that without the writing consent.
- Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. BG678 has a Privacy Policy allows for this. If support is contacted or an account is created to use the platform, then legally BG678 can collect this.
10.2. The Privacy Policy descibes how data is used and stored. The use of the gaming platform means this data collection is allowed. The Privacy Policy must be read for the protection of yourself and to understand the data collection process.
- Limitation of Liability
11.1. All services and the gaming platform are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any mon economically.

11.3. BG678 will not be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, among other things, lost profits, lost data, or goodwill damages, that arise in connection with the use of the Platform, to the fullest extent of the law.
11.4. We will not be liable to you beyond the total amount that you have deposited in the Platform in the six months prior to the claim if the liability may not be excluded.
- Suspension and termination
12.1. We may, at our discretion, suspend, limit, or permanently terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or fraudulent activities, or if you present a threat to the Platform or other users in any other way.
12.2. You have the right to initiate the closure of your account at any time and for any reason. However, our Customer Support will only initiate the closure after you have completed any and all requirements for account verification and withdrawal.
12.3. Upon termination, and in accordance with the law and ongoing investigations, as well as after the deduction of any owed amounts and our fees, we may return the remaining balance to you.
- Amendments to any of these clauses
13.1. These Terms may be amended, updated, or replaced by BG678 in response to changes in the law, our services, and our business.
13.2. The Terms’ latest amendments will be published on our Platform. You will be considered to have accepted these amendments in your subsequent use of the Platform.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1. These Terms shall be construed and governed by the laws of India, except where local laws applicable to where you live stipulate otherwise.
14.2. Any concerns or issues regarding either these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be addressed as the first step to trying to resolve the issue by means of our customer support.
14.3. Should attempts at informal resolution prove unsuccessful, the concerns may be addressed to the competent courts or other public authorities in the jurisdiction of our choosing, as provided for by the applicable laws, where these Terms may be in effect.
